We suppose it’s probably time that we made an online shop,
but we’re sure it’s just as exciting for you as it is for us!
But just like most other shops, we all have questions, and we all want answers.
So, here are a few we’re able to think of and answer right now:
When do you ship orders?
We prepare orders daily from Monday to Thursday and ship them out at the end of the day on Tuesday and Thursday.
Who do you ship with?
We ship with mostly with USPS.
Can I get a gift card online?
For right now, no. We’re working on some things in the background to get gift cards both for in person and online purchases.
What payment methods do y’all accept?
Online: We take Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and Apple Pay
In-Person: We taker Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Can I track my order?
Yep! We’ll send you tracking information with a confirmation email once the order has shipped out.
Do you take returns?
On some items, we will take returns by phone. On all of the food items, we can’t do returns.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order until it has shipping information. If you’re having trouble with canceling, please call us at (828) 357-8501
