Hurricane Helene has had a major toll on the communities of
Western North Carolina, and Black Mountain is no exception to that.
We wanted to do some good for our community.
Since the storms began, we’ve been taking our staff members and other community restaurants safety as our highest concern.
We’ve kept in touch as best as we can with our staff and are happy to report that everyone is ok!
We decided to bring all of our food that we had, prepped and yet to be, over to another local restaurant who decided to serve the people. Together, with Monte Vista Hotel, Phil’s BBQ, Town of Black Mountain Mayor Mike Sobol and his family, and several local folks bringing in everything they have, we’ve helped to serve many displaced folks since the beginning of the storm!
Keep an eye on this page and on our Instagram and Facebook pages for updates from us as we navigate through these difficult times. We’ll slowly be posting pictures of everything we’ve been up to and some information of how you can help us out until we’re back up and running! Thank you everyone who have sent us messages and checked in on us! Your support means the world to all of us, not only at BRBC, but across Black Mountain!
We’re looking forward to seeing you again very soon!

We hinted at some “new and exciting things going on” and we think we’re ready to tell y’all.
So here we go: we’ve started selling our merch online! Isn’t that amazing?
This technology thing actually stuck around!
We’re working towards getting everything merch wise on the site,
including things from our friends that we have in the store.
Our stock is limited right now, but don’t fret if you aren’t able to nab a
T-shirt or bag of coffee* right away.
We’ll get more and keep the store up to date.
*: This assumes we would ever run out of coffee, and y’all know that would never happen
